IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 7.03" pulley diameter, two-groove V-belt configuration, and 3.06" first-groove position.
✔ Verify the 2.00" fan pilot, 3.50" bolt circle, six-stud pattern, 3/8"-16 thread, 2.62" stud length, and fan clearance.
✔ Clean the mounting surfaces and inspect the fan, belts, pulley, hub bearings, air line, and mating components for wear.
✔ Install approved replacement hardware and torque all fan-clutch and mounting fasteners to Horton or vehicle-manufacturer specifications.
✔ Cycle the clutch through full engagement and disengagement, then verify belt alignment, tension, air sealing, and fan clearance.
