IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 7.03" pulley diameter, two-groove V-belt configuration, 3.36" first-groove position, 2.00" fan pilot, and 3.50" bolt circle.
✔ Verify the six-stud pattern, 3/8"-16 thread, 1.62" stud length, bracket length, pulley offset, and available fan clearance.
✔ Clean the splines and apply approved anti-seize or spline lubricant before assembly.
✔ Torque the 3/8"-16 fan blade bolts to 22-25 ft-lb and the pulley-to-hub locknut to 150 ft-lb (203 Nm).
✔ Torque the friction-facing button-head screws to 35-40 in-lb (4-4.5 Nm), then verify belt alignment, air sealing, engagement, and disengagement.
