IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 5.44" V-belt pulley, 6.36" serpentine pulley, dual 1V/14-rib belt configuration, and 1.88" first-groove position.
✔ Verify the 2.56" fan pilot, 3.50" bolt circle, mounting pattern, pulley offsets, and available fan clearance.
✔ Inspect both belts, pulleys, fan blades, hub bearings, mounting surfaces, air line, and control valve for wear or damage.
✔ Clean the splines, apply approved spline lubricant, and align the pulley and facing lockup holes during assembly.
✔ Torque all hardware to Horton or vehicle-manufacturer specifications and verify belt alignment, air-system sealing, engagement, and disengagement.
