IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 6.37" front pulley, 7.80" back pulley, 14-rib/3V belt arrangement, and 3.40" first-groove position.
✔ Verify the 2.56" fan pilot, 3.50" bolt circle, mounting distances, pulley offsets, and available fan clearance.
✔ Clean the splines, apply approved anti-seize or spline lubricant, and align the pulley and friction-facing lockup holes.
✔ Torque the pulley-to-hub locknut to 150 ft-lb (203 Nm), button-head cap screws to 35-40 in-lb (4-4.5 Nm), and air-chamber cap screws to 180 in-lb (20.3 Nm).
✔ Supply 90-120 PSI during testing and verify both belt paths, air-system sealing, engagement, disengagement, and fan clearance.
