IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 8PK serpentine-belt configuration, 7.00" pulley diameter, and 1.62" first-groove position.
✔ Verify the 5.00" fan pilot, 6.00" bolt circle, and six 5/16"-18 mounting studs.
✔ Inspect the fan blades, pulley, mounting bracket, air line, fittings, bearings, and drive belt for wear or damage.
✔ Clean all mating surfaces, align the pulley with the engine drive, and set belt tension to Volvo specifications.
✔ Torque all hardware to Horton or Volvo specifications and verify complete clutch engagement and release.
