IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the fan clutch is a compatible Horton S Series 7.5" model before beginning the rebuild.
✔ Clean and inspect the sheave, shaft, splines, air chamber, cartridge, and friction surfaces for wear or damage.
✔ Replace all supplied seals, bearings, friction components, and hardware during the overhaul.
✔ Apply the supplied O-ring and spline lubricants only to the specified surfaces; keep the friction facing clean and dry.
✔ Seat the piston and cartridge assemblies correctly, torque all hardware to Horton specifications, and test pneumatic operation.
