✔ Confirm the pulley diameter, two-belt configuration, belt-groove location, fan pilot, and bolt-circle dimensions before installation.
✔ Inspect the fan blades, pulley, mounting bracket, air line, fittings, and drive belts for wear or damage.
✔ Align the pulley grooves with the engine drive and set belt tension to the vehicle manufacturer's specification.
✔ Torque the fan, clutch, and mounting hardware to the applicable Horton or vehicle specifications.
✔ Pressurize the air system and verify complete fan clutch engagement, release, pulley alignment, and fan clearance.
