IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm left-hand horizontal mounting and short rod configuration before installation
✔ Use BW 204-M barium lubricant inside shaft cavity during assembly or rebuild
✔ Connect lock port properly to enable mechanical push rod hold function
✔ Push rod must align to slack adjuster at ≥90° for optimal brake performance
✔ Clamping ring bolts must be torqued evenly to 15–25 ft-lbs to prevent diaphragm leaks
✔ Ensure yoke and mounting clocking match OEM alignment
✔ Remanufactured unit – core return required
