IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm horizontal orientation, RH configuration, and short rod before installing
✔ Apply BW 204-M barium-based lubricant inside shaft cavity during rebuild or installation
✔ Ensure push rod aligns with slack adjuster at ≥90° to prevent binding or drag
✔ Clamping ring bolts must be torqued evenly to prevent diaphragm sealing failure
✔ Lock port must receive minimum 70 psi to release mechanical brake hold
✔ Connect all ports according to DD-3 configuration schematic
✔ Remanufactured unit – core return required
