DESCRIPTION:
Model: Service Brake Priority Spring Brake Control Valve
Vehicles: Single- and tandem-axle trailers with spring brake chambers and 2,800 cu in jumbo or dual 1,400 cu in reservoirs
• Supply Port: 3/8" NPT
• Control Port: 3/8" NPT
• Reservoir Port: 1/2" NPT
• Delivery Ports: Four 3/8" NPT
• Valve Type: Enhanced spring brake control valve with service reservoir priority
• Crack Pressure: Approximately 80 PSI
• Function: Fills the service reservoir and spring brake chambers, prevents brake compounding, and supports faster brake release
• Protection Function: Opens the internal protection valve before spring brake release
Applications:
Designed for single- and tandem-axle trailer brake systems requiring service reservoir priority before spring brake release. It is typically replaced when reservoir charging, spring brake release, relay operation, or anti-compounding performance becomes delayed or unreliable.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Verify the service reservoir priority design matches the trailer brake system.
✔ Confirm the orientation of all 3/8" and 1/2" NPT ports before connecting the air lines.
✔ Use only compatible plug units 110501, 110515, or 110520 during service or rebuilding.
✔ Apply air-system-compatible thread sealant without allowing sealant to enter the valve.
✔ Charge and leak-test the system, then verify reservoir priority and spring brake release operation.
