DESCRIPTION:

Model: Service Brake Priority Spring Brake Control Valve
Vehicles: Single- and tandem-axle trailers with spring brake chambers and 2,800 cu in jumbo or dual 1,400 cu in reservoirs

• Supply Port: 3/8" NPT
• Control Port: 3/8" NPT
• Reservoir Port: 1/2" NPT
• Delivery Ports: Four 3/8" NPT
• Valve Type: Enhanced spring brake control valve with service reservoir priority
• Crack Pressure: Approximately 80 PSI
• Function: Fills the service reservoir and spring brake chambers, prevents brake compounding, and supports faster brake release
• Protection Function: Opens the internal protection valve before spring brake release

✔ Confirm the orientation of all 3/8" and 1/2" NPT ports before connecting the air lines.
✔ Use only compatible plug units 110501, 110515, or 110520 during service or rebuilding.
✔ Apply air-system-compatible thread sealant without allowing sealant to enter the valve.
✔ Charge and leak-test the system, then verify reservoir priority and spring brake release operation.

Warranty Information

We provide a warranty on all new and remanufactured parts for 12 months, 160,000 km (100,000 miles), or 3,600 hours - whichever comes first, with off-highway components covered for 90 days.
