IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Fully depressurize the trailer air system before removing or installing the valve.
✔ Confirm one 3/8" supply port, one 3/8" control port, one 1/2" reservoir port, and the required number of 3/8" delivery ports.
✔ Verify whether the application requires direct mounting, nipple mounting, or a 110505 or 110510 bracket configuration.
✔ Mark each air line before disconnection and apply air-system-compatible thread sealant sparingly to all NPT connections.
✔ Pressurize the system and verify spring brake release priority, reservoir charging near 80 PSI, anti-compounding operation, and no leakage.
