DESCRIPTION:
Model: Sealco Service Reservoir Priority Spring Brake Control Valve
Vehicles: Single and tandem axle trailers equipped with spring brake chambers and compatible 2,800 cu in or dual 1,400 cu in reservoir systems
• Valve Type: Service reservoir priority spring brake control valve
• Supply Port: One 3/8" NPT female
• Control Port: One 3/8" NPT female
• Reservoir Port: One 1/2" NPT female
• Delivery Ports: Four 3/8" NPT female
• Pressure Protection Setting: Approximately 80 PSI
• Service Reservoir Priority: Delays spring brake release until sufficient reservoir pressure is available
• Anti-Compounding Function: Helps prevent simultaneous service and spring brake application
• Relay Function: Provides faster air delivery and exhaust response at the spring brake chambers
• Function: Controls spring brake release and application while protecting service reservoir pressure
Applications:
Designed for single and tandem axle trailers requiring service reservoir priority before spring brake release. The valve supports compatible systems using one 2,800 cu in reservoir or dual 1,400 cu in reservoirs and provides relay-assisted spring brake control.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Fully depressurize the trailer air system before removing or installing the valve.
✔ Confirm one 3/8" supply port, one 3/8" control port, one 1/2" reservoir port, and four 3/8" delivery ports.
✔ Mark every air line before disconnection and reconnect it according to the trailer pneumatic schematic.
✔ Use the correct Sealco plug unit, including 110501, 110515, or 110520, only when required by the system configuration.
✔ Pressurize the system and verify reservoir priority near 80 PSI, spring brake release, anti-compounding operation, and no air leakage.
