IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Verify whether the application requires the 5.46" or 6.50" pulley configuration before installation.
✔ Confirm the 2.56" fan pilot, mounting pattern, belt arrangement, and FD-L configuration against the removed clutch.
✔ Inspect the hub and pulley bearings and replace them if worn or required by the applicable service procedure.
✔ Align the lock-washer tabs and torque the clutch locknut to 90 lb-ft (~122 N·m), then install the cotter pin and dust cap.
✔ Set belt tension and fan-spacer clearance to engine specifications and bench-test pneumatic engagement and release.
