IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 7.50" pulley, 2.56" fan pilot, ~3.50" bolt circle, and required serpentine-belt configuration.
✔ Inspect the pulley bearings, mounting hub, fan blades, friction lining, and original fan spacer for wear or damage.
✔ Align the lock-washer tab correctly and torque the clutch locknut to the applicable Bendix FD-L or vehicle specification.
✔ Install the cotter pin and dust cap, then set fan-spacer clearance and belt tension to Caterpillar specifications.
✔ Test the pneumatic system for leakage and verify complete clutch engagement, release, pulley alignment, and fan clearance.
