IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Verify whether the application requires the 7.12" or 7.83" pulley configuration before installation.
✔ Confirm the 2.56" fan pilot, bolt circle, mounting pattern, and FD-L configuration against the removed clutch.
✔ Inspect the pulley, bearings, mounting hub, fan blades, friction lining, and original fan spacer for wear or damage.
✔ Align the lock-washer tab correctly and torque the clutch locknut to the applicable Bendix FD-L or vehicle specification.
✔ Install the cotter pin and dust cap, then verify belt tension, fan clearance, and complete clutch engagement and release.
