IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the original unit is an R-Series pull-type MaxiBrake, not a push-type spring brake.
✔ Verify 3.00" stroke, #75 spring, 8" push rod and 5" exposed push rod length before installation.
✔ Do not substitute with KSMR3PT75-1200NB unless the application requires the longer 12" rod / 9" exposed rod version.
✔ Unit cannot be released manually; confirm safe air supply operation before moving equipment.
✔ Do not exceed 125 psi maximum air pressure.
✔ Inspect mounting brackets, pins, clevis hardware and tailgate linkage before installing the actuator.
✔ After installation, check for air leaks and verify full actuator travel and release operation before returning equipment to service.
