DESCRIPTION:
Model: Inline Pressure Protection Valve - Accessory Outlets Not Drilled
Vehicles: Heavy-duty trucks and trailers using protected auxiliary air circuits
• Valve Type: Inline, non-adjustable pressure protection valve
• Supply Port: One 1/4" NPT female
• Delivery Port: One 1/4" NPT female
• Opening Pressure: 95 PSI
• Closing Pressure: 75 PSI
• Mounting: Inline thread-to-thread installation
• Dimensions: 4" x 3" x 3"
• Accessory Outlets: Not drilled
• Function: Isolates auxiliary circuits until sufficient primary air-system pressure is available
Applications:
Designed for truck and trailer air systems requiring auxiliary accessories to remain isolated until primary brake-system pressure reaches 95 PSI. It is typically replaced when the valve leaks, opens or closes at the wrong pressure, or fails to protect the primary air supply from auxiliary-system pressure loss.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the valve has one 1/4" NPT supply port and one 1/4" NPT delivery port.
✔ Install inline between the primary air supply and the protected auxiliary circuit.
✔ Verify the system requires a non-adjustable 95 PSI opening and 75 PSI closing pressure.
✔ Apply air-system-compatible thread sealant without allowing sealant to enter the valve.
✔ Charge and leak-test both circuits, then verify the auxiliary circuit closes as pressure drops.
