Applications:
Designed for truck and trailer air systems requiring auxiliary accessories to remain isolated until primary brake-system pressure reaches 95 PSI. It is typically replaced when the valve leaks, opens or closes at the wrong pressure, or fails to protect the primary air supply from auxiliary-system pressure loss.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:

✔ Confirm the valve has one 1/4" NPT supply port and one 1/4" NPT delivery port.
✔ Install inline between the primary air supply and the protected auxiliary circuit.
✔ Verify the system requires a non-adjustable 95 PSI opening and 75 PSI closing pressure.
✔ Apply air-system-compatible thread sealant without allowing sealant to enter the valve.
✔ Charge and leak-test both circuits, then verify the auxiliary circuit closes as pressure drops.

Warranty Information

We provide a warranty on all new and remanufactured parts for 12 months, 160,000 km (100,000 miles), or 3,600 hours - whichever comes first, with off-highway components covered for 90 days. Defective products must be returned within 30 days of discovery for inspection.
