IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Mount using the 3/4"-14 NPT nipple without overtightening the aluminum valve body.
✔ Verify the emergency supply, service, reservoir, and four delivery-port connections before installation.
✔ Keep unused reservoir ports plugged and follow the approved trailer air-system plumbing diagram.
✔ If servicing, torque the emergency piston cap nut to 200-250 in-lb, cap screws to 100 in-lb, and exhaust screw to 80-120 in-lb.
✔ Charge and leak-test the system, then verify normal relay operation and emergency brake application.
