DESCRIPTION:

Model: Haldex KN30200 Emergency Relay Valve - Non-Charging Type
Vehicles: Pre-FMVSS 121 trailers, converter dollies, and exempt trailer brake systems

• Service Inlet Port: One 3/8" NPT
• Emergency Inlet Port: One 3/8" NPT
• Delivery Ports: Four 3/8" NPT
• Auxiliary Reservoir Port: One 1/2" NPT, plugged
• Crack Pressure: 3.0 PSI
• Mounting: Standard bracket mount
• Function: Controls trailer emergency brake application without charging the emergency line
• Cover: Rotatable without affecting valve operation

Applications:
Designed for older trailers, converter dollies, and exempt brake systems requiring a non-charging emergency relay valve. It is typically replaced when emergency brake application becomes delayed, delivery pressure is inconsistent, or the valve develops internal or external air leakage.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:

✔ Use only in approved non-charging emergency relay systems on exempt trailers or converter dollies.
✔ Confirm the two 3/8" inlet ports, four 3/8" delivery ports, and plugged 1/2" reservoir port.
✔ Keep the auxiliary reservoir port plugged unless the approved system diagram requires its use.
✔ Verify the mounting bracket and air-line routing before installation.
✔ Charge and leak-test the system, then verify emergency brake application and release.

Warranty Information

We provide a warranty on all new and remanufactured parts for 12 months, 160,000 km (100,000 miles), or 3,600 hours - whichever comes first, with off-highway components covered for 90 days. Defective products must be returned within 30 days of discovery for inspection.
