IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 8.56" back pulley diameter, 10-rib belt configuration, and front belt-groove position against the removed clutch.
✔ Verify the 2.56" fan pilot, 3.50" bolt circle, 3/8"-24 UNF stud thread, 1.07" stud length, overall length, and fan clearance.
✔ Inspect the fan, belt, pulley, hub bearings, air line, control valve, bushings, and mounting hardware for wear or damage.
✔ Replace damaged or stretched hardware and torque all fasteners to Horton or PACCAR specifications.
✔ Verify belt alignment, air-system sealing, clutch engagement, disengagement, and fan-to-shroud clearance before returning the vehicle to service.
