✔ Confirm the 7.51" pulley diameter, 8-rib belt configuration, 2.56" fan pilot, and 3.50" bolt circle.
✔ Verify the six-stud pattern, 3/8"-24 thread, 1.07" stud length, pulley offset, and available fan clearance.
✔ Route the air line to match the original configuration and inspect the fan, belt, pulley, hub bearings, and mounting surfaces.
✔ Torque all fan-clutch, fan-blade, pulley, and mounting hardware to Horton or PACCAR specifications.
✔ Verify belt alignment, air-system sealing, engagement, disengagement, and fan clearance before returning the vehicle to service.
