✔ Confirm the 7.24" back pulley diameter, 12-rib belt configuration, and 6.66" first-groove position.
✔ Verify the 5.00" fan pilot, 6.00" bolt circle, fan-stud length, mounting distances, overall length, and fan clearance.
✔ Confirm mounting-bracket clearance and verify modulator compatibility where Horton reference 9910148 is specified.
✔ Inspect the fan, belt, pulley, hub bearings, air lines, control valve, and mounting surfaces before installation.
✔ Supply at least 90 PSI, torque all hardware to Horton or PACCAR specifications, and verify engagement, disengagement, belt alignment, and fan-to-shroud clearance.
