IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 6.57" back pulley diameter, 8-rib belt configuration, fan pilot, bolt circle, and mounting dimensions.
✔ Verify the 3/8"-24 UNF fan-stud thread, stud length, pulley offset, overall length, and fan-to-shroud clearance.
✔ Clean the hub and mounting surfaces, then inspect the fan, belt, pulley, bearings, air line, and mounting hardware.
✔ Torque all fan-clutch, pulley, fan-blade, and mounting hardware to Horton or PACCAR specifications.
✔ Verify belt alignment, air-system sealing, engagement, and disengagement before returning the vehicle to service.
