✔ Confirm the 6.65" pulley diameter, 8-rib belt configuration, 5.00" fan pilot, and 6.00" bolt circle.
✔ Verify the fan stud length, thread size, pulley offset, journal-bracket position, and mounting dimensions against the removed clutch.
✔ Inspect the fan blades, pulley, journal bracket, bearings, air line, electrical connection, and wiring for wear or damage.
✔ Install new mounting hardware where required and torque all fasteners to Horton or PACCAR specifications.
✔ Verify belt alignment, fan clearance, air-system sealing, electrical operation, and both low- and high-speed modes.
