IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 7.27" back pulley diameter, 12-rib belt configuration, and 6.66" first-groove position.
✔ Verify the 2.56" fan pilot, 3.50" bolt circle, six-stud pattern, 3/8"-24 UNF thread, and 1.07" stud length.
✔ Confirm the vertical and horizontal mounting distances, pulley offset, fan clearance, and compatibility with the truck’s air and electrical controls.
✔ Inspect the belt and align the sheave before setting belt tension according to the vehicle-manufacturer procedure.
✔ Torque all hardware to Horton or PACCAR specifications and test engagement and disengagement at operating temperature.
