IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Remove the existing fan clutch and clean the air chamber before installation.
✔ Inspect or replace the air cartridge and seals as needed.
✔ Torque fan blade mounting bolts (3/8-16 thread) to 22–25 ft-lbs.
✔ Torque button head cap screws on friction plate to 35–40 in-lbs (4.0–4.5 Nm).
✔ Torque hub lock nut to approx. 150 ft-lbs (203 Nm).
✔ Ensure clean mounting surfaces and verify air engagement system operation.
