IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 6.18" front pulley, 6.81" back pulley, dual 6-rib/10-rib belt configuration, and 1.96" first-groove position.
✔ Verify the 5.00" fan pilot, 6.00" bolt circle, six-stud pattern, stud dimensions, pulley offsets, and fan clearance.
✔ Clean and lubricate the splines with approved anti-seize or spline lubricant before assembly.
✔ Torque the 3/8"-16 fan blade bolts to 22-25 ft-lb and the friction-facing button-head screws to 35-40 in-lb (4-4.5 Nm).
✔ Torque the pulley-to-hub locknut to 150 ft-lb (203 Nm), then verify both belt paths, air sealing, engagement, and disengagement.
