IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm both pulley diameters, the serpentine/V-belt arrangement, 2.00" fan pilot, pulley offsets, and mounting configuration.
✔ Remove the fan clutch, clean the air chamber and splines, and apply approved anti-seize or spline lubricant before assembly.
✔ Inspect the fan, belts, pulleys, seals, hub bearings, air line, and mounting surfaces for wear, leakage, or damage.
✔ Torque the 3/8"-16 fan blade bolts to 22-25 ft-lb and the pulley-to-hub locknut to 150 ft-lb (203 Nm).
✔ Verify both belt paths, air-system sealing, engagement, disengagement, and fan clearance before returning the vehicle to service.
