IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 7.00" pulley diameter, three-groove V-belt configuration, 3.66" first-groove position, 2.56" fan pilot, and 3.50" bolt circle.
✔ Clean the splines and apply approved anti-seize or spline lubricant before assembly.
✔ Torque the pulley-to-hub locknut to 150 ft-lb (203 Nm).
✔ Torque the friction-facing button-head screws to 35-40 in-lb (4-4.5 Nm) and the 3/8"-16 fan blade bolts to 22-25 ft-lb.
✔ Supply 90-120 PSI during testing and verify belt alignment, air-system sealing, engagement, disengagement, and fan clearance.
