IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Remove the fan drive from the engine before service or replacement.
✔ Confirm both pulley diameters, the single-groove V-belt/8-rib serpentine configuration, 2.00" fan pilot, and 3.50" bolt circle.
✔ Inspect the fan, both belts, pulleys, air-chamber seals, friction plate, hub bearings, air line, and mounting surfaces for wear or damage.
✔ Install approved replacement hardware and torque all fan-clutch and mounting fasteners to Horton or Western Star specifications.
✔ Verify both belt paths, air-system sealing, clutch engagement, disengagement, and fan clearance before returning the vehicle to service.
