IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 7.50" pulley diameter, exact belt configuration, 2.00" fan pilot, 3.50" bolt circle, and pulley offset.
✔ Clean the splines, apply approved anti-seize or spline lubricant, and align the pulley and friction-facing lockup holes.
✔ Torque the pulley-to-hub locknut to 150 ft-lb (203 Nm).
✔ Torque the button-head screws to 35-40 in-lb (4-4.5 Nm) and air-chamber screws to 180 in-lb (20.3 Nm).
✔ Supply 90-120 PSI during testing and verify belt alignment, air-system sealing, engagement, disengagement, and fan clearance.
