IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 6.00" pulley diameter, 3V belt configuration, 2.00" fan pilot, and 3.50" bolt circle.
✔ Verify the six-stud pattern, 3/8"-16 threads, and 2.12" stud length against the removed clutch.
✔ Clean the splines and apply approved anti-seize or spline lubricant before assembly.
✔ Torque the pulley-to-hub locknut to 150 ft-lb (203 Nm) and button-head cap screws to 35-40 in-lb (4-4.5 Nm).
✔ Supply 90-120 PSI during testing and verify belt alignment, air-system sealing, engagement, disengagement, and fan clearance.
