IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 7.03" pulley diameter, 2V belt configuration, 5.00" fan pilot, and 6.00" bolt circle against the removed clutch.
✔ Clean the splines and apply approved anti-seize or spline lubricant before assembly.
✔ Torque the pulley-to-hub locknut to 150 ft-lb (203 Nm).
✔ Tighten the button-head cap screws to 35-40 in-lb (4-4.5 Nm).
✔ Supply 90-120 PSI during testing and verify belt alignment, air-system sealing, engagement, disengagement, and fan clearance.
