IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 6.97" pulley diameter, 10-rib belt configuration, 5.00" fan pilot, six-bolt mounting pattern, and 7.72" vertical mounting distance.
✔ Clean the splines, apply approved anti-seize or spline lubricant, and align the pulley and friction-facing lockup holes.
✔ Torque the pulley-to-hub locknut to 150 ft-lb (203 Nm) and the friction-facing button-head screws to 35-40 in-lb (4-4.5 Nm).
✔ Torque the air-chamber cap screws to 180 in-lb (20.3 Nm).
✔ Supply 90-120 PSI during testing and verify belt alignment, air-system sealing, engagement, disengagement, and fan clearance.
