IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 6.22" pulley diameter, 8-rib belt configuration, 5.55" first-groove position, 5.00" fan pilot, and 6.00" bolt circle.
✔ Clean the splines and apply approved anti-seize or spline lubricant before assembly.
✔ Torque the pulley-to-hub locknut to 150 ft-lb (203 Nm).
✔ Torque the friction-facing button-head screws to 35-40 in-lb (4-4.5 Nm) and the air-chamber cap screws to 180 in-lb (20.3 Nm).
✔ Verify belt alignment, air-system sealing, engagement, disengagement, and fan clearance before returning the vehicle to service.
