IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm both pulley diameters, the dual 6-rib/10-rib belt configuration, and the 1.93" first-groove position.
✔ Verify the 2.56" fan pilot, six-bolt mounting pattern, pulley offsets, mounting dimensions, and available fan clearance.
✔ Clean the splines and apply approved anti-seize or spline lubricant before assembly.
✔ Torque the pulley-to-hub locknut to 150 ft-lb (203 Nm), friction-facing cap screws to 35-40 in-lb (4-4.5 Nm), and air-chamber cap screws to 180 in-lb (20.3 Nm).
✔ Verify both belt paths, air-system sealing, engagement, disengagement, and fan clearance before returning the vehicle to service.
