IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 6.19" front pulley, 7.87" back pulley, dual 6-rib/8-rib belt configuration, and 0.54" first-groove position.
✔ Verify the 2.56" fan pilot, 3.50" bolt circle, six-stud pattern, stud dimensions, pulley offsets, and fan clearance.
✔ Clean the splines, apply approved anti-seize or spline lubricant, and align the pulley and friction-facing lockup holes.
✔ Torque the pulley-to-hub locknut to 150 ft-lb (203 Nm), friction-facing cap screws to 35-40 in-lb (4-4.5 Nm), and air-chamber cap screws to 180 in-lb (20.3 Nm).
✔ Supply 90-120 PSI during testing and verify both belt paths, air-system sealing, engagement, and disengagement.
