IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 6.25" serpentine pulley, 9.00" V-belt pulley, dual-belt arrangement, and 1.09" first-groove position.
✔ Verify the 5.00" fan pilot, 3.50" bolt circle, pulley offsets, mounting pattern, and available fan clearance.
✔ Clean the splines, apply approved spline lubricant, and align the pulley and friction-facing lockup holes before final assembly.
✔ Torque the pulley-to-hub locknut to 150 ft-lb (203 Nm), friction-facing cap screws to 35-40 in-lb (4-4.5 Nm), and air-chamber cap screws to 180 in-lb (20.3 Nm).
✔ Supply 90-120 PSI during testing and verify belt alignment, air-system sealing, engagement, disengagement, and fan clearance.
