IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 6.22" pulley diameter, exact 10-rib or 12-rib belt configuration, and 5.55" first-groove position.
✔ Verify the 5.00" fan pilot, six-bolt mounting pattern, pulley offset, and available fan clearance.
✔ Clean the splines and apply approved anti-seize or spline lubricant before assembly.
✔ Torque the pulley-to-hub locknut to 150 ft-lb (203 Nm), friction-facing cap screws to 35-40 in-lb (4-4.5 Nm), and air-chamber cap screws to 180 in-lb (20.3 Nm).
✔ Align the pulley and facing lockup holes, then verify belt alignment, air-system sealing, engagement, disengagement, and fan clearance.
