IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 6.22" pulley diameter, 8-rib belt configuration, and 5.55" first-groove position against the removed clutch.
✔ Verify the 5.00" fan pilot, 6.00" bolt circle, mounting pattern, pulley offset, and available fan clearance.
✔ Inspect the fan blades, belt, pulley, hub bearings, mounting surfaces, air line, and control valve for wear or damage.
✔ Clean the splines, apply approved spline lubricant, and align the pulley and facing lockup holes during assembly.
✔ Torque all hardware to Horton or International specifications and verify belt alignment, air-system sealing, engagement, and disengagement.
