IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm both pulley diameters, the dual 1V/8-rib belt configuration, and the 1.08" first-groove position.
✔ Verify the 5.00" fan pilot, 6.00" bolt circle, mounting clearance, and pulley offsets against the removed clutch.
✔ Confirm at least 90 PSI is available at the fan-clutch air line during operational testing.
✔ Inspect the fan blades, both belts, pulleys, hub bearings, mounting bracket, air line, and control valve for wear or damage.
✔ Torque all hardware to Horton or vehicle-manufacturer specifications and verify belt alignment, clearance, engagement, and disengagement.
