✔ Confirm the 7.03" pulley diameter, 2V belt configuration, and 3.35" first-groove position against the removed clutch.
✔ Verify the 5.00" fan pilot, 6.00" bolt circle, six-stud pattern, stud dimensions, and 5.25" mounting distance.
✔ Confirm at least 90 PSI is available at the fan-clutch air line during operational testing.
✔ Inspect the fan blades, belts, pulley, hub bearings, mounting bracket, air line, and control valve for wear or damage.
✔ Torque all hardware to Horton or vehicle-manufacturer specifications and verify alignment, clearance, engagement, and disengagement.
