The Model HF High Flow dryer combines coalescing filtration, integrated pressure protection, and high-flow capacity for severe-duty truck and trailer applications. Ideal for modern fleets operating in demanding environments where air system reliability is critical.
IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Mount vertically within 15° of upright to ensure proper drainage and prevent oil accumulation.
✔ Use 3/8"-16 UNC mounting bolts and tighten to 25–30 ft-lb (34–41 Nm).
✔ Supply and delivery ports are 1/2" NPT; control port is 1/4" NPT. Torque fittings to 15–18 ft-lb (20–24 Nm).
✔ Connect the compressor discharge line to the INLET port and the reservoir supply line to the DELIVERY port.
✔ Integral governor is factory preset to purge at 125 ±5 PSI and requires no field adjustment.
✔ Connect heater wiring to an ignition-switched power source protected by a 15A fuse.
✔ Replace the coalescing cartridge every 150,000 miles (240,000 km) or 24 months, whichever occurs first.
