IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Use only on IMT or Hendrickson trailer axles with PAN22 LH configuration.
✔ Carriers FP30190 (IMT) or FP30196 (Hendrickson) are required for correct mounting.
✔ Replace LH and RH calipers together to maintain balanced brake performance.
✔ Prep mounting surfaces—must be flat, clean, and corrosion-free.
✔ Torque fasteners to OEM specs (Hendrickson: 340–370 Nm + 90°).
✔ Adjust clearance: turn counter-clockwise until pads touch rotor, then clockwise 1/4 turn.
✔ Verify air system pressure is 100–120 psi before operation.
