DESCRIPTION:
Model: Sealco 780210 quick release and holding spring brake exhaust valve
Vehicles: Heavy-duty trucks and trailers using compatible 3/8 inch NPT spring brake quick-release and holding valve circuits
• Spring brake quick release and holding valve
• Supply / inlet port: 3/8 inch NPT
• Delivery / outlet ports: 3/8 inch NPT
• Exhaust port: 1/4 inch NPT threaded exhaust
• Holds delivery pressure until supply pressure drops to less than half of delivery pressure
• Vents pressure quickly at the valve instead of routing pressure back to the supply source
• Holding feature retains delivery pressure during small supply-side pressure changes
• Twin delivery ports and frame-mount design incorporated
• Control priority type: spring brake
• Common use: spring brake circuits, lift axle circuits, gates and locking-device pressure-holding applications
• Repair kit references: 78-5, RSL785
Applications: This valve is used where quick exhaust and pressure-holding control are required in spring brake or auxiliary air circuits. It helps retain delivery pressure during minor supply-side changes and releases pressure quickly at the valve when the supply pressure drops below the required holding range.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the replacement valve uses 3/8 inch NPT supply and delivery ports before installation.
✔ Verify the exhaust port is 1/4 inch NPT and is not blocked or restricted.
✔ Install with clean air lines and inspect fittings for thread damage before tightening.
✔ After installation, confirm the valve holds delivery pressure until supply pressure drops to less than half.
✔ Check for air leaks and confirm proper quick-release function before returning the vehicle to service.
