IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the clutch requires the DriveMaster two-bearing configuration with 2 × 5209 angular-contact bearings.
✔ Remove both worn bearings, seals, friction components, and retaining hardware before installing the new parts.
✔ Clean and inspect the shaft, sheave, bearing seats, air chamber, spring pack, and friction surfaces for damage.
✔ Install the bearings with the correct orientation and preload; apply the supplied grease only to specified bearing and sealing surfaces.
✔ Torque all hardware to Horton specifications and verify pneumatic sealing, engagement, release, and bearing operation.
