IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 7.00" pulley, single-serpentine configuration, 2.00" fan pilot, and ~3.50" bolt circle.
✔ Verify the 3/8"-24 fan studs, fan-blade compatibility, and axial-movement clearance before installation.
✔ Inspect the pulley, bearings, mounting surfaces, fan blades, belt, and original spacers for wear or damage.
✔ Torque the clutch locknut to 90 lb-ft and tighten further only when required to align the locking tab.
✔ Set pulley alignment and belt tension to vehicle specifications, then verify fan clearance and clutch operation.
