IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTES:
✔ Confirm the 7.50" pulley diameter, 2.00" fan pilot, bolt circle, mounting pattern, and FD-L configuration.
✔ Inspect the pulley, bearings, mounting hub, fan blades, friction lining, air line, and original fan spacer for wear or damage.
✔ Torque the clutch locknut to 90 lb-ft and secure the lock-washer tab correctly.
✔ Install the cotter pin and dust cap, then set belt alignment, tension, and fan clearance to vehicle specifications.
✔ Test the pneumatic system for leakage and verify complete clutch engagement and release before operation.
